HOW TO REACH THE OFFICE Our office in Florence is located in Via di Santa Lucia, 700 meters from the railway station of Santa Maria Novella and only 200 meters from the Ponte Vecchio. The office is just outside the restricted traffic zone. Serge Mathas and all the staff are ready to welcome you and provide you with the best service.HOW TO REACH THE PARKING The parking is located at Parking Garage Excelsior in Via Palazzuolo, just 150 meters from the counter; our staff will accompany you to pick-up your car.CAR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS The car shall be returned directly to Parking Garage Excelsior: here you will find our office and you will be welcomed by our staff who will help you in dropping off the car.

DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
ACCEPTED: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard (not prepaid), Visa (not prepaid). Debit card not accepted unless otherwise stated below. A deposit amount of EUR 500.0 will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be automatically released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Insurance Coverage section. NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted. A valid credit card in the name of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge a deposit. The credit card(s) must be embossed and a PIN number may be required. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Driver's age
25 to 99 years.
Young driver's age: 21 to 24 years. Charge Includes 22% tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Renter is allowed to drive the vehicle only in countries of the European Union plus Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Switzerland and UK.
In case of tolls/traffic fines, an administrative charge may apply. Administrative charge rate is 48.80 EUR inclusive of VAT. Subject to change.
Please note insurance coverage may change if you travel to areas Campania and Puglia - please check with the car rental agent before you travel.
Please check with the rental provider in advance that the vehicle has the proper equipment in accordance with local traffic rules of the country or region you intend to travel to (eg. Winter tyres).
