I received a confirmation email for my car rental booking, but the voucher is not attached.

I can see that the payment was not taken, perhaps there was a problem with the card?
Please log in amendcarhire.com and follow the instructions, do not use a Safari browser if possible
On amendcarhire.com website says that the payment is still to be done...
Then please check at your bank online as it will say if any amount has been paid.
My my bank confirms that the withdrawing will be done on Monday.
That's why you are not getting the voucher. You will not receive the car rental booking voucher until the payment has been taken.
Anyway the car rental booking is CONFIRMED, just wait to receive the voucher on Monday
