Do you accept AMEX for payment? Would a bike rack be possible?

You cannot use the AMEX to make the online reservation, but you can use it to pay for any extras or balance on arrival.
If Bike Rack is not listed under EXTRAS then no, it is not possible.
Some extras are subject to the model of car. Obviously small cars would not have a Bike or Ski rack option.
